I’m trying something different this year and instead of looking ahead, I’m looking back. Reflecting on past wins and losses can be just as motivating as listing goals for the new year. And, as author and podcast host Tim Ferriss points out in this article from his website, doing a year-in-review can actually help you identify and put an end to negative behaviors, which means more time for the good stuff: the people and work that fuel your creativity and keep your energy levels high.
